Again, with firefighters

This is the kind of greatness firefighters do:

Notice the weeping gratitude on that woman’s face? That’s a look few other professions can bring.

Yet firefighters are under attack for being lazy, overpaid, union workers and expected to give up salary and benefits after politicians made a ginormous mess gambling on Wall Street with the pension funds of real workers.

Politicians (and any others) who think paying firefighters is not a good use of taxpayers’ money can suck my metaphorical dick.
